Coronavirus Stimulus Check - Be Careful for Scammers!

Scammers are trying to scam people of the Coronavirus Stimulus Check. Remember the following about receiving your check:
  • You don’t need to do anything.
  • Do not give anyone your personal information to "sign-up” for your relief check. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • If you didn’t set up direct deposit for your taxes in 2018 or 2019, you can set up direct deposit of your check by communicating only with the IRS at irs.gov/coronavirus. 
  • No one has early access to this money. Anyone that claims to is a scammer.
