Meet Our Staff Attorneys...


Attorney Beth Ann Richlen started at Wisconsin Judicare in 2008 as a civil unit staff attorney. In 2015 she was promoted to Civil Unit Manager/Development Director. A few years later in 2018, she became the Deputy Director. Most recently, she was appointed as Judicare's Executive Director in May 2020! Attorney Richlen is very passionate for Wisconsin Judicare's mission, and there is no one better than her for this role.

Attorney Amanda R.R. Mayer joined Wisconsin Judicare in September 2015 as a Staff Attorney in the Civil Unit. She primarily works on family law cases, as well as some public benefits cases.
Attorney Andrew Yamanaka Belter joined Wisconsin Judicare in 2021 as the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Director and Qualified Tax Expert. Previously, he worked at Judicare as a staff attorney focusing on housing and tax issues.
Attorney Andy Mutchler joined Wisconsin Judicare in August 2021 as a Staff Attorney in the Elder Rights Project.
Attorney Carolyn Salutz joined Wisconsin Judicare in July 2020 as a Staff Attorney in the Indian Law Office.
Attorney Chue Xiong joined Wisconsin Judicare in October 2019. He works as a family law attorney in the civil unit.
Attorney Dante Harrotunian joined Wisconsin Judicare in August 2021 as a Staff Attorney in the Victims' Rights Project.
Attorney Dena Welden joined Wisconsin Judicare in December 2017 and works as a Staff Attorney in the Civil Unit.

Attorney Elizabeth B. Corbett works on a limited part-time basis at Wisconsin Judicare representing eligible clients in Social Security Disability and Unemployment Compensation cases.

Attorney Genie Hedlund joined Wisconsin Judicare as a staff attorney in 2013. She is the Lead Project Attorney for our Native American Victims Holistic Legal Services Project, which means she provides services for victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking.
Attorney Howard Bichler joined Wisconsin Judicare in February 2016 as the Indian Law Office Manager.
Attorney Jenifer Bizzotto joined Wisconsin Judicare as a staff attorney in June 2019. She works in the Civil Unit on the Community Lawyers Project, focusing on barriers to employment matters.
Attorney Jordan Winquist joined Wisconsin Judicare in September 2021 as a Staff Attorney in the Indian Law Office.
Attorney Veenendaal joined Wisconsin Judicare in May 2021 as a Staff Attorney. She will be working with the Civil Unit in the Elder Rights Project.
Attorney Kristin M. Slonski joined Wisconsin Judicare July 2018 as a Staff Attorney in our Civil Unit working on a variety of case matters. She was promoted to the new position of Litigation Directory in September 2018.
Attorney Megan Lee joined Wisconsin Judicare in June 2019. She works in the Civil Unit on the Victims' Rights Project and Family Law matters.
Attorney Paige Juel re-joined Wisconsin Judicare in 2020 as a Staff Attorney. She started at Judicare in 2017 working as an Elder Rights Attorney. She has recently taken on coordinating our Private Attorney Involvement program as the Director.
Attorney Patricia K. Hammel joined Wisconsin Judicare in November 2019 and works within the Community Lawyers Project on employment, housing, and other civil matters.
Attorney Samuel Hutchison joined Wisconsin Judicare in 2020 as a Staff Attorney working within the Community Lawyers Project on Public Benefits and Housing matters.
Attorney William Harris joined Wisconsin Judicare in December 2018 as a Staff Attorney and works with the Civil Unit.
