Meet Our Staff Attorneys...


Attorney Kimberly Haas was made Judicare's Executive Director effective June 22, 2015. Haas is a strong leader with great passion for Wisconsin Judicare’s mission and clients.

Attorney Beth Ann Richlen joined Wisconsin Judicare in 2008 as a civil unit staff attorney. She eventually took on the additional role as Development Director. In August 2015, she was promoted to Civil Unit Manager/Development Director and continues taking cases as a staff attorney.

Attorney Howard Bichler joined Wisconsin Judicare in February 2016 as the Indian Law Office Manager.
Attorney Genie Hedlund joined Wisconsin Judicare as a staff attorney in 2013. She is the Lead Project Attorney for our Native American Victims Holistic Legal Services Project, which means she provides services for victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking.
Attorney Amanda R. Rabe joined Wisconsin Judicare in September 2015 as a Staff Attorney in the Civil Unit. She will be taking on Public Benefits cases, as well as landlord/tenant and some family law cases.
Attorney Laura Waite joined Wisconsin Judicare in November 2017 as a Staff Attorney in the Civil Unit.
Attorney Will Baynard joined Wisconsin Judicare in December 2016 as a Staff Attorney through a Victims of Crime Act Grant.
Attorney Andrew Yamanaka Belter joined Wisconsin Judicare in November 2017 as a Civil Unit Staff Attorney.
Attorney Paige Resch joined Wisconsin Judicare in July 2017 as a Staff Attorney in the Civil Unit.
Attorney John Lightfield joined Wisconsin Judicare in October 2017 as an Elder Justice Fellow/Staff Attorney in the Civil Unit.

Attorney Elizabeth B. Corbett works on a limited part-time basis at Wisconsin Judicare representing eligible clients in Social Security Disability and Unemployment Compensation cases.

Attorney Michael D. Panlener, II, joined Wisconsin Judicare in November 2016 as a staff attorney. He will be working with the Indian Law Office on multiple matters, including criminal defense, elderly and disabled individual benefits, and estate and probate matters.
Attorney Kyla Karcz joined Wisconsin Judicare in May 2017 as a staff attorney. She will be working with the Indian Law Office on multiple matters.
Attorney Nicholas Ravotti joined Wisconsin Judicare in August 2017 as a Staff Attorney in the Indian Law Office.
