The Red Cliff AODA Program is a State certified program.  It offers counseling services in an outpatient setting.  The Mishomis House is a licensed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF).  Mishomis House is a 12-bed, co-ed, 90-day program (length of stay can be adjusted), and is certified as a Medically Monitored Treatment Center.

The Coordinated Services Team program is funded by a state grant.  The program is to develop a team of service providers and community members to develop a program in which services for families may be coordinated between several service providers.  Families in need of services may be self-referred or may be referred by community members or service providers.  With the assistance of a case manager, families decide what they need to achieve balance and who can help them provide it.

The Red Cliff Domestic Violence Program provides advocacy for victims of domestic violence. Advocacy includes accompanying women to legal hearings and assistance with domestic violence restraining orders and/or harassment injunctions. Victims are given information as to their rights as crime victims.

The Red Cliff Domestic Violence Program provides advocacy, supportive counseling, information, and referral for adults who are in violent relationships with a spouse or partner.

The Domestic Violence program provides referral to shelters for women and their children and also provides emergency financial support for those not eligible for other economic support programs. Transportation may be provided based on the needs of the victims. The Domestic Violence program is responsible for providing information to the community about domestic violence and the resources available for victims.

The Red Cliff Domestic Violence Program has support groups for victims of domestic violence of all ages. Support groups provide education about domestic violence validate the rights of people to live in environments without violence.

The mission of this Tribal College is to provide Indian communities with a system of post-secondary and continuing education opportunities while maintaining Ojibwe cultural integrity.  There are four outreach sites on Wisconsin Ojibwe reservations:  Red Cliff, Lac du Flambeau, Bad River, and St. Croix.  The Red Cliff Outreach Site is located at the Lutheran Church in Bayfield, Wisconsin.

The Early Childhood Center can provide services for up to one hundred and eighteen children and their families through a variety of program offerings. Red Cliff Early Childhood Center offers Early Head Start Home Based, Early Head Start Center Based and Head Start Center based which serves the reservation. The ECC's mission is to use Traditional Ojibwe values to guide efforts to promote the spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive wellness of the children, families, and community we serve.

Through the Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program, Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus members are provided with transportation or mileage reimbursement, lodging, and meals for medical appointments.

Subject Matter Jurisdiction includes conservation violations on and off reservation, small claims, domestic abuse, traffic, child welfare, tribal ordinances, extensive civil code and divorce.

The Red Cliff Youth Center is funded by the Family Services Grant.  The Youth Center provides prevention programs for youth in a drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free setting. Programs at the Youth Center include, the Red Cliff Basketball Team, baseball and softball. The Youth Center also co-sponsors walk-runs to emphasize healthy lifestyles. Dances are held at the Youth Center Health snacks are provided through collaboration with the Red Cliff Clinic and the Red Cliff Food Distribution Center. There are also a variety of activity programs. Some activities off reservation include trips to movies, swimming and sliding.
