Will Baynard


Attorney Will Baynard joined Wisconsin Judicare in December 2016 as a Staff Attorney through a Victims of Crime Act Grant. He works with the Civil Unit as an advocate for the rights of elderly victims of abuse. His work extends to representation of victims, whether the abuse manifests itself as physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, treatment without consent, unreasonable confinement or restraint, neglect, or financial exploitation.

Prior to joining Wisconsin Judicare, Attorney Baynard worked with banks and other financial institutions, advising on issues related to consumer compliance and lending.
