The AODA Program provides outpatient individual and group substance abuse counseling, substance abuse assessment and diagnosis and outpatient co-occurring individual and group counseling.  The Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Independent Clinical Supervisor, and Substance Dependency Counselor are licensed in the state of Wisconsin.

Services are provided to community members with short and long term illness that are referred by a provider, self or concerned community member.  Included services are bi-weekly home visits, medication set-up and delivery from the pharmacy, medical transportation assistance, appointment scheduling assistance, education, diabetic foot care and nail trimming, exercise program monitoring and assistance, medical equipment loan program, home safety assessments, medical equipment and resources assistance and winter jacket donation and delivery program.

The Medical Transportation Department transports patients with chronic health conditions, Elders with significant medical needs and others with medical appointments.  Patients who are eligible for Indian Health Services and who have a medical condition with a confirmed appointment will be served providing all other resources for transportation have been contacted and eliminated.  Every effort is made to see that everyone has a ride to their appointment.

Through the Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program, Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus members are provided with transportation or mileage reimbursement, lodging, and meals for medical appointments.

The Minochigedaa Prevention Program is a youth prevention program that covers a variety of topic areas in Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) prevention fields.  Although alcohol prevention is our primary objective, we cover everything from alcohol to tobacco and any other substance considered harmful or distracting to a healthy lifestyle.  Our goal here is to develop and foster the healthy choices youth make.  How do we do this?  Simple. We utilize every tool we have at our disposal to cover a more holistic approach to create a healthier St. Croix community.
