Andrew Yamanaka Belter

Attorney Andrew Yamanaka Belter joined Wisconsin Judicare in 2021 as the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Director and Qualified Tax Expert. Previously, he worked at Judicare as a staff attorney focusing on housing and tax issues. Attorney Belter works on tax controversy cases that include, among other things, audits, offers in compromise, and tax court representation. He handles tax controversies with both the State of Wisconsin and IRS. Attorney Belter is passionate about Judicare's mission and hopes to further that mission through zealous advocacy and bringing smiles to coworkers' and clients' faces every day.
