Federal Poverty Guidelines

The following table is 125% FPL (Federal Poverty Level), which is the maximum Judicare income limit for most cases.  However there are many factors that contribute to the calculation of household income, so please apply even if you may be above these guidelines.  The following table does not apply to tax cases, where an individual may have income up to 250% FPL.  In addition, some enrolled Native American tribal members may have higher incomes, so tribal members should always apply for services.
