Wisconsin Judicare and Legal Action of Wisconsin are pleased to announce that we are now providing statewide civil legal aid to elder abuse victims through our statewide Elder Rights Project (ERP). Funding for the ERP to help elder abuse victims is provided by fees and fines imposed on criminals through the Victims of Crime Act or VOCA.

What is Identity Theft and How Might it Impact Me?

The Wisconsin Income Maintenance (IM) Consortia are a group of agencies, organized by county, through which one can apply for Public Benefits, such as FoodShare, BadgerCare Plus, Medicaid, or Caretaker Supplement benefits.  This map of all counties in the state of Wisconsin shows the Income Maintenance (IM) Consortium to which each county belongs.  Phone number for each consortium and a link to their website are also provided.
