Welcome to Wisconsin Judicare


NOTICE (as of March 18, 2020)

Due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, Wisconsin Judicare's office is closed to the public. If you are applying for services, please note that processing times for applications may be longer than usual. Messages and emails will continue to be monitored, but response times may vary. 

 
Wisconsin Judicare is a non-profit law firm dedicated to providing equal access to justice to Wisconsin residents.  Located in the U.S. Bank Building in downtown Wausau, Wisconsin Judicare is the civil legal service provider for Wisconsin's northern 33 counties and 11 federally recognized Indian tribes.
 
From its inception, Wisconsin Judicare has emphasized the utilization of the private bar to represent low-income persons in conjunction with on-staff attorneys.
