Federal Poverty Guidelines
The following outlines the Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2025. Judicare Legal Aid typically can only accept clients whose household income is at or below 125% FPL (Federal Poverty Level). However there are many factors that contribute to the calculation of household income and eligibility, so please apply even if you may be above these guidelines.
Income guidelines for specific case types or projects vary. For example, some enrolled Native American tribal members may have higher incomes, but may still be eligible for services. If you are in need of legal help, you should apply for services to see if you may be eligible, regardless of income.
