How to Apply
If you have a legal issue in of our service area or are an enrolled tribal member, you are eligible to apply for Judicare services. You can:
To Successfully Complete the Application
You will need access to a reliable internet source, approximately 20 minutes of uninterrupted time, and knowledge of the following information:
Total monthly household income before taxes or deductions: This includes income from all sources for all members of your household
Household Assets: This includes the following for every person who lives with you
- Cash on hand, bank account, or trust balances
- Life insurance with cash surrender value
- Boats, ATV’s, guns, snowmobiles, motorhomes, and any other similar items
Basic information about your legal problem
- What is your legal problem?
- Who is your legal problem with?
- Where is your legal problem taking place?
- When is your next court date and what will that court date cover?
